Our attorneys bring sophisticated legal expertise to every engagement, but what sets us apart is simple: we treat your family's legacy the way we'd treat our own. We are proud to serve families across the St. Louis metro area with care.

Our team brings together diverse legal backgrounds, from special needs planning and elder law to litigation and mediation, giving our clients the benefit of well-rounded counsel at every stage of the planning process. Whether you are creating your first estate plan, navigating a complex trust, or seeking guidance after the loss of a loved one, Heritage Law Partners provides the expertise and personal attention your family deserves.

Our Attorneys

Eliana J. Emery, Managing Partner

Eliana founded Heritage Law Partners with a clear vision: estate planning that combines sophisticated legal strategy with the kind of personal attention most firms have lost. She is passionate about helping first-time wealth builders protect what they've worked for, proactive planning that prevents conflict, and special needs planning that provides security and dignity for a lifetime. Her professional affiliations include the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Academy of Special Needs Planners (ASNP), and she currently serves as Chair of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis Minorities in the Legal Profession Committee.

Jimmy Fendelman, Partner

Jimmy brings over 30 years of distinguished legal experience and a reputation that precedes him. Known throughout the St. Louis legal community for his integrity, positive energy, and sharp legal mind, he is widely respected among fellow attorneys, judges, and professionals across the region. His decades of courtroom experience have given him a comprehensive understanding of how legal plans hold up under pressure, a perspective that strengthens every strategy our firm develops. Jimmy is also a sought-after speaker at legal conferences, where he shares insights on professional ethics, wellness for attorneys, and diversity and inclusion.

Our Team

Mayra Luna, Legal Assistant

Mayra comes to Heritage Law Partners from a personal injury background, where she spent years assisting victims of violence. She brings that same compassion and attentiveness to our estate planning clients and seniors, ensuring every family feels supported and cared for from the first phone call through the completion of their plan.
